Caramels

Caramel is at the heart of Hollychocs — precise, slow-cooked, and endlessly indulgent.

Sea Salt Caramel (M, S)

  • Story: Made with rich clotted cream, slow-cooked to velvet softness and lifted with a touch of sea salt.
  • Tasting Notes: Buttery cream, golden caramel, salty balance.

Lava Salt Caramel – Milk (M)

  • Story: A softer take on the original, wrapped in Ecuadorian milk chocolate. This is our all-time bestseller.
  • Tasting Notes: Creamy, buttery, with a gentle smokey undertone.

Lava Salt Caramel – Dark (M)

  • Story: One of Holly’s very first recipes — created with half the sugar of a conventional caramel to let cream and butter shine. Finished with volcanic Icelandic salt.
  • Tasting Notes: Smooth buttery caramel, subtle smokey note, mineral salt finish.

Mango & Passion Fruit Caramel (M)

  • Story: Juicy mango and passion fruit caramel meet silky Ecuadorian milk chocolate.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright, tangy fruit softened by milk chocolate.
