From the moment you step into our Wiltshire chocolate studio, you’ll be greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly tempered chocolate and a smile from your host — Holly Garner, multi-award-winning Chocolate Engineer. Holly’s background in chocolate craftsmanship (and former career at Cadbury) means you’re in the best possible hands.
2. The Story Behind the Chocolate
Before you take your first bite, Holly will share the fascinating journey of cocoa — from the tropical farms where our ethically sourced beans are grown, right through to the handcrafted chocolates in front of you. You’ll discover why we work with Original Beans to support sustainable farming, and how every chocolate sold helps plant a tree.
3. Tasting Like a Chocolatier
This is not just eating chocolate — it’s learning to taste it like a pro. You’ll be guided through how to taste and understand the flavour profiles, and Holly's inspiration behind each creation.
4. Indulge in the Ultimate Hot Chocolate
To complete the experience, you’ll be invited to indulge in one of our Ultimate Hot Chocolates — choosing your favourite from our hot chocolate menu. Each one is finished with a cloud of whipped Chantilly cream and topped with a handmade Moosh marshmallow, making it the perfect cosy treat to sip as you savour your last chocolates.
5. A Relaxed, Fun Atmosphere
We keep our groups small, so there’s plenty of time for questions, conversation, and laughter. Whether you’re a serious foodie or simply here for a delicious evening, you’ll find the pace friendly and the mood light-hearted.
