Who Are Original Beans?

Original Beans are a pioneering chocolate company committed to ethical sourcing, environmental restoration, and preserving rare cacao varieties. Their One4One Trees programme is the longest-running tree-planting initiative in the chocolate world. Since 2010, they’ve planted over 3.5 million trees, restoring the equivalent of 10,000 football fields of forest — all managed by local and indigenous communities.

They don’t outsource this work. Instead, they empower the same cacao growers who cultivate their beans to plant and care for the trees themselves — because when growers become forest custodians, the survival rate of young trees can rise above 80%.
