We’ve Just Won Our 51st Award – And It’s a Festive Favourite!

We’ve got some delicious news to share — our Gingerbread Caramel chocolates have just been awarded a 2-Star Great Taste Award! That brings our total to 51 industry awards — and we couldn’t be prouder.

These glossy, bonbons are one of our most popular seasonal creations, filled with silky caramel infused with warming gingerbread spice. Designed to capture the magic of winter in one indulgent bite, they’ve been a festive favourite for years — and now the judges agree.

Here’s what they had to say:

“Attractively glazed and professionally finished bonbons, generously filled with smooth, oozing caramel. The judges liked the thin chocolate shells and the immediate gingerbread flavours that burst onto the tongue… the chocolate served to showcase it as a whole.”

The panel praised the rich, buttery caramel, the confident use of spice, and the overall craftsmanship — calling the bonbons “beautifully executed” and “technically very well made.”

They even noted that the combination of gingerbread and chocolate was “indulgent and satisfying,” with one judge saying it was “everything promised.”

Not bad for a little bonbon that started life as a seasonal one-off!
