Want to master the art of chocolate tempering? Award-winning Chocolate Champion Holly will share her skills with you so you can become your own master chocolatier!

In this 3-hour masterclass you will learn how to:

  • temper chocolate in 4 different ways
  • make chocolate bars with your tempered chocolate
  • cast a chocolate mould
  • make a chocolate ganache
  • make chocolate truffles and decorate them to impress your friends and family 

The evening begins with one of our delicious hot chocolates and a chocolatey treat on arrival, before chocolate engineer Holly shows you how to master the art of chocolate tempering, and you’ll have time after the class to browse our amazing chocolate shop where you’ll be treated to some exclusive offers.

You will leave with all the chocolates you have created and recipes for continuing your chocolate journey at home.  

Please allow 3 hours for your tempering masterclass.

Ingredients & Allergens

Handmade using fresh & ethically sourced ingredients in our Wiltshire chocolate studio.

Ingredients: Cocoa (cocoa beans, cocoa butter), cream (milk)butter (milk), oat-milk, raspberry, Sicilian lemon, mango, passion fruit, blackcurrant, lime, pineapple, coconut,
apricot, hazelnut, pistachio, peanut, sugars (molasses, glucose, sucrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol) milk powder, caramelised wafer (gluten), micro cereal balls (gluten),
local honey, Tequila, Icelandic lava salt (salt, activated charcoal), sea salt,
Madagascan vanilla, setting agents: pectin, citric acid, emulsifiers: sunflower
& soya lecithin.

Allergens are highlighted in bold. To identify the allergens present in each chocolate, refer to the menu card image.

Please be aware that these chocolates are handmade in a Chocolate Studio that handles all 14 known allergens.

25-piece chocolate box ~ estimated weight: 355g.

Shelf Life & Storage

Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and are therefore best enjoyed within 4 weeks.

If you are ordering for an occasion, please choose a delivery date close to the date you require, so they can be enjoyed at their best. 

We recommend keeping them at room temperature (between 18-22degC), away from direct sunlight or heat source.
