Chocolate Tempering Masterclass - 5 July 2024

Want to master the art of chocolate tempering? Award-winning Chocolate Champion Holly will share her skills with you so you can become your own master chocolatier!

In this 3-hour masterclass you will learn how to:

• temper chocolate in 4 different ways
• make chocolate bars with your tempered chocolate
• cast a chocolate mould
• make a chocolate ganache
• make chocolate truffles and decorate them to impress your friends and family 

The evening begins with one of our delicious hot chocolates and a chocolatey treat on arrival, before chocolate engineer Holly shows you how to master the art of chocolate tempering, and you’ll have time after the class to browse our amazing chocolate shop where you’ll be treated to 10% off all our chocolate.

You will leave with all the chocolates you have created and recipes for continuing your chocolate journey at home.
