A Four-Course Artisan Experience by Hollychocs

Step into summer indulgence with our handcrafted Afternoon Tea, created by Holly Garner—founder of Hollychocs and crowned the Southwest’s Chocolate Champion.

This two-hour seated experience features four thoughtfully curated courses that showcase our award-winning flavours, seasonal ingredients, and artisan skill.

• Course 1 – Deli-Style Sandwich Platter
  Begin with a tempting array of finger sandwiches from Sam’s Deli, including Loch Fyne’s dry-cured, oak-smoked salmon with lemon cream cheese on malted farmhouse loaf.
• Course 2 – Scones with a Signature Twist
  Fluffy homemade buttermilk scones, topped with silky clotted cream and our five-time award-winning lava salt caramel.
• Course 3 – Holly’s Dessert Platter
  A showcase of summer sweets including a tangy lemon posset inspired by our chocolate collection, and mini Champion Triple Chocolate Brookies.
• Course 4 – The Grand Finale
  Our miniature ultimate hot chocolate served with a mini soft-serve gelato cone.
