Our Marc de Champagne truffles are engineered to perfection, championing the delicate champagne flavour. The light chocolate centre is complimented by a thin Venezuelan milk chocolate shell which is hand-rolled in a fine sugar coating.
The Taste of the West judges presented a Gold award for our Marc de Champagne truffles saying: "These truffles were delicious. The champagne was prominent, it is clear that high-quality chocolate is used and the interiors were smooth and fresh.". Their final judging comment being "Can I have some more please!".
